A general flavour of what awaits the discerning home buyer would include:
KITCHENS
All apartments will feature integrated appliance housings. Every property will include dishwasher, fridge, freezer, combined oven, grill and microwave, electric ceramic hob and canopy extractor. Every apartment will also contain a washing machine/dryer, and where possible, circular stainless steel sinks and drainers with 40mm postform laminated worktops.
BEDROOMS
All master bedrooms will have a satellite TV feed and telephone point.
BATHROOMS AND EN-SUITES

SECURITY

HEATING
Initially, a gas boiler system will provide heating and hot water to each apartment, which will be able to be regulated by individual thermostats. During Phase 3 the mill’s own Combined Heat & Power unit will come into effect.
GENERAL
All properties will be fully double glazed with high quality external and internal doors with chrome stainless steel door furniture.
