| In these difficult days when money is getting ever tighter the assistance parents can give to children who are saving a deposit for a house is becoming less and less-the 'bank of mum & dad' is running out of funds too!

But help is at hand Lowry Homes has launched a new scheme to help first time buyers who can arrange a 90% mortgage, by providing that vital 10% deposit to get them started.
This is how it works: Lowry will pay half the deposit (5%) outright - and loan the other half (5%) to buyers over a five year period.
Buyers can then choose the easiest way for them to pay this loan back monthly, annually, at the end of 5 years or when the house is sold if its within 5 years of purchase.
The new scheme is available on Lowrys Yorkshire developments at Brooklands in Bramley near Leeds and Crag View in Bradford, along with The Maine Place in Moss Side, Manchester and Victoria Gate in North Huyton near Liverpool.
Current offers of all legal fees being paid, plus free carpets and floorcoverings still apply and make the dream of a new home
an affordable reality!
