Lowry Homes are a medium sized house builder historically operating in the North-West, and have been developing in this area since 1997. We are continually expanding and have now established an office in Yorkshire.
As primarily a specialist physical regeneration company, we are seeking to invest in land or redundant buildings to provide low cost housing for private sale, including in areas that may be viewed as undesirable to most other house builders.
Our Land team has many years of experience in land acquisition, both speculatively and through regeneration partnerships. We understand the requirements of both private land owners and Local Authorities.

Lowry Homes are actively sourcing sites suitable for development of at least 30 Houses or at least 40 Apartments, with no upper limit on development size. A typical size for a Lowry Homes site would be around 80-100 units.
