Kitchens
All kitchens will be fitted with a choice of design, colours, worktops, layouts and tiling. The sylish units are specified as standard with Hotpoint appliances, featuring a stainless steel oven with gas or electric hob, plus integrated extractor hood and a single stainless bowl.
Bathrooms & Ensuites
All bathrooms and ensuites will be fitted with high quality white sanitaryware from Kholer, complete with contemporary chrome fittings by Mayfair (where applicable), built in Aqualisa digital shower over the bath and a choice of tiling supplied by Tiles UK.
Heating
All houses are fitted with a gas central heating. An 'Optimax' Combination boiler by Ferroli is located in the kitchen with radiators in all rooms.
General
All properties are fitted with fully double glazed UPVC window frames, Steel/GRP front door painted white, front door chime and outside lamp. Internal features include Ian Firth 'Tokyo' doors with soft effect 'Sapphire' handles to complete the look.
