'The Maine Place' development, on the site of the former Maine Road football stadium will comprise 400 new homes. These will include 3 and 4 bedroomed townhouses, semi and detached properties, plus one and 2 bedroomed apartments, each built to advanced designs and specifications, incorporating the highest environmental standards.

In addition, 30,000 sq ft of space is earmarked for the construction of supplementary social, educational, retail and commercial facilities.
